We have a $500 minimum per project.

We are a custom sign shop and we’ve made hundreds of signs over the last 20 years. However, each sign is unique and usually requires a bit of discussion back and forth therefore when filling out the order form be as descriptive as you can OR reference one or more images in our gallery.

process of how you can expect your order to flow

1. Place your order
2. Email exchange back and forth with follow up questions
3. Email us any images/files that will help us
4. We send quote for design time and for production
5. Make a 50% deposit 
6. We start designing and send proof
7. Review and maybe make edit requests
8. Approve final proof
9. Production begins
10. We send photos of final sign
11. Pay the remaining balance due
12. We package and ship your sign
13. Receive your sign!

Signs generally take 3-6 weeks to produce AFTER YOU APPROVE THE PROOF. Please allow a few additional days to ship.

The design and proofing phase can take a week or two depending on the complexity of the design and the number of revisions requested.

If you are in a hurry for your sign please ask us up front if we are able to accommodate. Like everyone, we have lives beyond work and staying late or working weekends to get your sign done in time generally warrants a rush fee. 

Here are some of the sign finishes we often use:

• Paint – any color (please provide PMS color if accuracy is vital, or better yet a Sherwin Williams paint color)
• Stain – (brown tones or colors)
• Clear coat – (water based polyurethane)
• Clear coat – (oil based spar urethane)
• Penetrating oil – special recipe for outdoor durability
• Gilding (gold or silver leaf)
• Torched (burnt with flame)

Normally we don’t send mounting hardware with your sign because every mounting situation is different. If you’d like, however, you can ask us to provide a quote for mounting hardware specifically for your needs.

Mounting method examples:

• Screw through the sign
• Double stick tape (3M VHB tape) 
• French cleat
• Z hook
• Stud mounted

It’s helpful for us to see photos of where the sign will be mounted.

We ship signs FedEX or UPS ground within the continental USA. Signs ship from our shop in Leavenworth, Washington. Expect 2-6 days of shipping time.

We will email photos of your sign when it is complete and we will need to receive final payment before shipping. We will need a physical address not a PO box.

When your sign arrives, Please inspect it before the delivery person leaves. If damaged, take photos of damaged box before opening.

We take pride in our packaging. If your sign happens to get damaged in shipping tell the FedEx or UPS driver upon inspection. Take photos of damage (before and after opening). File a simple report with FedEx / UPS. If it’s determined to be our fault we will remedy the situation in what ever way necessary. We take care of our customers.

please email us to discuss price and options. Any taxes, customs or import fees are the customer’s responsibility. 

If you supplied us with an incorrect address and your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

If your sign fails, we will fix it or replace it. We will pay shipping both ways. Warranty covers; peeling paint, de-laminated wood, failed adhesives, and other structural or aesthetic mishaps caused by poor quality materials or craftsmanship.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by denting, dropping, scratching, puncturing, or other incidents unrelated to the fabrication of the sign. It does not cover clear coated wood signs. It does not cover grammatical errors or misspellings unless error(s) happened after the proof was approved.

***WOOD SIGNS***  Wood signs will weather. Clear coats may last a couple years although the degradation of the clear coat on wood signs is not warrantied. We recommend applying a new layer of clear coat each year for outdoor wood signs. Wood will darken and turn grey over time.

Signs are one-of-a-kind custom made for you and therefore we cannot accepted returns.
