Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Dropping, impact, denting, scratching, puncturing, or misuse

- Environmental conditions beyond the intended use of the sign
- Normal wear and tear
- Grammatical errors, spelling errors, or design changes after the customer has approved the final proof

Wood Sign Disclaimer
Wood is a natural material and will expand, contract, check, crack, warp, and otherwise change over time when exposed to outdoor conditions. Variations in grain, texture, color, knots, inclusions, minor chipping, and other natural characteristics are inherent to wood products and are considered normal.
Because these natural movements and changes are unavoidable, Gibbs Graphics does not warranty, repair, or replace cracking, checking, splitting, warping, fading, weathering, or other changes resulting from the natural aging of wood. Clear-coated wood signs are not covered under warranty.
Outdoor wood signs require periodic maintenance to maximize their appearance and lifespan. We recommend inspecting and reapplying a protective clear coat annually or as needed. Clients seeking the appearance of wood with greater dimensional stability and lower maintenance should consider high-density urethane (HDU) with a faux wood finish.
Goods Damaged in Transit
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely.
When your shipment arrives, please inspect the packaging and contents before the delivery driver leaves whenever possible. If damage is observed, photograph the package before opening, photograph the contents after opening, and notify the carrier immediately.
If damage occurs during transit, please file a claim with the shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.) and contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you and the carrier to determine the cause of the damage and will help resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
